Requirements	Strong software (Java, JEE) development skills Able to work in a flexible environment Able to work with minimal requirements Previous experience developing web-services (SOAP, REST) Knowledge/Experience with the following technologies: XML, RDF, JMS,EJB3, Oracle, JBoss Previous experience with Linux Previous experience with TAO or TAO data Selected candidate must have had a lifestyle polygraph sometiime in their past and have had a polygraph (any polygraph) within the past 7 years. Have a firm grasp of modern computer programming with a minimum of ten (10) years experience in programming and providing direction for the design and development of application software for complex systems; software testing as well as solving varied software related problems; and generating and reviewing software design for accuracy, completeness and appropriateness in light of objectives, budget and schedule. Have a minimum of ten (10) years experience with programming using the modern software environments listed in section 7.5 (Software Engineering And Development) with Certifications in at least two (2) of the technologies listed in section 7.5 (Software Engineering And Development) of this SOW or degrees(s) as deemed necessary by the COR. A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is highly desired for this position but neither will apply toward the ten (10) years experience.
