| Responsibilites |
- Researches food trends to develop new items and reformulate existing recipes.
- Participates in ideation sessions within R&D and cross functional teams to develop new concepts
- Develops and recommends shelf life studies for new and existing products in conjunction with QA
- Serves as technical resource for R&D and extended team members
- Serves as liaison for plant testing, drives commercialization process for assigned projects
- Provides nutritional and financial evaluations of products using Genesis
- Prepares statistical and narrative reports per customers’ requests

| Requirements |
- BS or BA or MS in food science or related field
- Minimum three to five years in product development, bakery R&D preferred
