Responsibilites |
- Perform the equipment maintenance programs to ensure line efficiencies and eliminate down time
- Ability to install and modify new equipment
- Service and repair equipment on a continual basis, adhering to established preventative maintenance schedule
- Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices and safety standards
- Perform machinery set ups and product changeover machinery configurations
- Maintain an accurate parts inventory at all times
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems on all plant equipment

Requirements |
- High school diploma with vocational certification
- Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience with solid technical aptitude in mechanical, electrical. Allen Bradley PLC knowledge needed. SAP experience preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment with good communication skills
- Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience
- Ability to follow manufacturer’s specifications and schematics
- Demonstrate competency in computer and PC software including MS Office
- Must have own hand tools
- Ability to work in high speed production equipment
- This position is a 2nd shift position (4:00PM to 2:30AM) from Monday to Thursday for a total of 40 hours.
